At NovaStack A.I., we stand behind the quality of our backlink building services. Our policy is designed to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.

2. No Traditional Refunds Policy

Important Notice

We do not offer traditional monetary refunds for our services due to the nature of SEO work. Once backlinks are placed and deliverables are provided, the work cannot be "returned" like a physical product.

Instead, we offer our industry-leading Results Guarantee described below.

3. 180-Day Results Guarantee

Our Promise to You

If you don't see measurable improvement in your search rankings, organic traffic, or domain authority within 180 days of project completion, we will:

Option 1: Continue working for free until you achieve results
Option 2: Provide a free next order of equal value

Client may choose their preferred option. Guarantee terms apply to properly executed campaigns with client compliance.

4. Guarantee Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for our Results Guarantee, clients must:

Maintain their website in good standing (no major technical issues)
Not engage in black-hat SEO practices that could harm rankings
Provide timely responses to requests for information
Allow full 180 days for results to manifest
Have realistic expectations based on their industry and competition
Not make significant website changes without consulting us

5. Measuring Results

Results are measured using industry-standard metrics:

Search Rankings: Improvement in target keyword positions
Domain Authority: Increase in DA/DR scores
Organic Traffic: Growth in non-paid search traffic
Backlink Profile: Quality and quantity of new backlinks

We use tools like Google^® Analytics, Google^® Search Console, Ahrefs, and Moz for measurement.

6. Service Delivery Issues

Pre-Delivery Cancellations

If you need to cancel before work begins, contact us within 24 hours of payment. We may offer:

Full service credit for future use
Partial refund minus processing fees (case-by-case basis)
Service modification to better meet your needs

Quality Issues

If delivered backlinks don't meet our quality standards (DA 40+, relevant sites), we will replace them at no cost within 30 days of delivery.

7. Dispute Resolution Process

Contact Us: Reach out within 30 days of any concern
Internal Review: We'll investigate and respond within 5 business days
Resolution Plan: We'll propose a fair solution based on our guarantee
Implementation: Execute the agreed-upon resolution

8. Exceptions to Guarantee

Our guarantee does not apply in cases of:

Major Google^® algorithm updates that affect all sites
Client website technical problems or downtime
Client use of black-hat SEO practices
Violation of our Terms of Service
Unrealistic expectations beyond industry standards
Markets with extreme competition requiring additional investment

9. Payment Processor Policies

For payments made through PayPal or other processors, their dispute resolution policies may also apply. However, we encourage direct communication with us first for faster resolution.

10. How to Request Guarantee Service (No Refunds)

Important: We do not offer monetary refunds. This process is for our Results Guarantee only (free work or free next order).
